By accessing our website or dining at our restaurant, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Lumière Restaurant's services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
By making a reservation, purchasing a gift card, or dining at our restaurant, you are entering into a contract with us and agree to be bound by these terms.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
Reservations at Lumière Restaurant are subject to the following conditions:
Reservations can be made online through our website, by telephone, or in person. All reservations are subject to availability.
Your reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or telephone call from us.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $25 per person.
We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. After this period, we reserve the right to release your table to other guests. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate special requests (such as specific tables or dietary requirements) but cannot guarantee them.
The following payment terms apply to all services provided by Lumière Restaurant:
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
For parties of 6 or more, an automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to your bill.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
For certain reservations or events, we may require a credit card to secure your booking. Your card details are encrypted and stored securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
To ensure all our guests enjoy their experience at Lumière Restaurant, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
We maintain a smart casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone dressed inappropriately.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave who is behaving in a manner that is disruptive, offensive, or threatening to staff or other guests.
Children are welcome at Lumière Restaurant but must be supervised at all times. We offer a children's menu for guests under 12 years of age.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Lumière Restaurant or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Our menu, recipes, and culinary creations are the intellectual property of Lumière Restaurant and our executive chef. Reproduction or use of our recipes without permission is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumière Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
